Sharon has extensive technical and executive leadership experience in natural resources policy, planning, and strategy development; biodiversity conservation; trust fund management and project monitoring, and evaluation. Sharon has spent the past ten years designing innovative solutions to protect nature and strengthen the resilience of institutions and communities to adapt to climate change. Sharon has held numerous executive level positions in both the government and non-government sectors and now serves as a lead consultant in the private sector.
